Mr. Walter Gardiner was born and raised in the Grand Turk, the capital of The Turks & Caicos Islands. After graduating from High School he migrated to Nassau Bahamas, where he obtained a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Upon completing College Mr. Gardiner worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Providenciales as a Consumer Credit Officer, where he obtained expert knowledge in Mortgage Financing. In 1997 he shifted his focus to real estate and quickly became one of the most professional, knowledgeable and respected experts in the industry. Walter was instrumental in the formation of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association and has been president of this institution for the past five years. Originally from London, England, Robert has lived in the Turks and Caicos Islands since 1981 and is now a proud citizen of the islands. Robert has been involved in real estate and development for 22 years. Katherine Baryluk comes to us with an excellent pedigree in Luxury Real Estate. She was recognized by the Who`s Who in Luxury Real Estate, the Board of Regents and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She has also worked with The Turks & Caicos Sporting Club on Ambergris Cay as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to 2007, Katherine had a very successful career with RE/MAX Hallmark in Toronto, Canada. Her Real Estate license is current with Harvey Kalles, an exclusive affiliate of Christies Great Estates and in good standing with RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) and CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association). She will achieve her Broker`s title by mid 2010. Katherine is an avid golfer with a Bronze Medal from the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association and a former Ski Instructor with the CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructor`s Alliance).
