Walter Gardiner

Mr. Walter Gardiner was born and raised in the Grand Turk, the capital of The Turks & Caicos Islands. After graduating from High School he migrated to Nassau Bahamas, where he obtained a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Upon completing College Mr. Gardiner worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Providenciales as a Consumer Credit Officer, where he obtained expert knowledge in Mortgage Financing. In 1997 he shifted his focus to real estate and quickly became one of the most professional, knowledgeable and respected experts in the industry. Walter Specializes in working with investors who seek to purchase beach front homes and condominiums; vacant water front land and development sites. Walter was instrumental in the formation of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association and has been president of this institution for the past five years.
